AT&T Store

Will not return. We were told adding another line to our phone services would actually save us money. Insurance was added to our phones... that we weren't aware of and some up grade early charge as well. After nearly 2 hours on the phone with AT&T we were told that the extra phone line was costing $12 a month and it was past the point of returning it. We have a phone we will not even use... ( THANKS GUYS ) The lady at AT&T ( 611 ) was a lot of help and took time to explain everything to us. I had received an email about our bill ( nearly doubled ) and called the Springfield Dirksen AT&T to be told that AT&T does that . but our bill would be lower than it was before... UM .. NO... didn't happen. I feel extremely taken advantage of ... and businesses like this reflect on AT&T!!! Go elsewhere.. run.. this place is not one to trust!

Gary the manager of this location is phenomenal! He stayed patient with my husband and I over this last week and was able to help us with filing a warranty claim on our brand new pixel phone that was having issues and was able to help us save money on our monthly bill! Will never go to a different store

I have such a great experience at this store. Everyone has been super kind and helpful! 100% recommend going here to buy your phones.

My experience was a bad one. The man at the store manager was rushing through trying to start my account. In the end I ended up with four account numbers and I don't know which account number is mine now. So now I have to go through the painful process of figuring out how I got this. So screwed up by this assistant or this manager Gary at the North dirksen store. So I really feel like I deserve some free accessories or a credit on my bill 😭

ATT is forcing me to switch to Fiber. They scheduled the appt without speaking to me AND confirmed my appt. I never agreed to switch to fiber. I was given ZERO options. This company has ZERO integrity.
